The Emerald Gecko is the brainchild of Benny and Lynda who gave up their city lives to make the fantastic Andaman Islands their home. Since 2000 they have nurtured their first project, a mid-range resort called The Wild Orchid into a tremendous success. It was during this period that they interacted with many travellers from all across the globe and saw that there was nowhere on Havelock that catered to the conscious budget traveller who not only wanted affordable accommodation but also a bit of comfort and pampering. Emerald Gecko is a place where in addition to taking care of your basic needs (a clean and safe environment) there is a generous heap of gourmet food and fantastic island hospitality!
