Dear Ms. Ginny,
My trip to Nainital last week was second time association with your company. Last year we stayed at mussoorie in hotel hill queen and it was very good experience there.
I decided to stay at same category of property at Nainital as well.
Your choice of the hotel New Pavilion is appreciable. The hotel is located a bit far from mall in nature greenery but transport service from hotel to mall road and back to hotel is quick. Reception Manager Mr.Bhaskar is well behaved personality and took special care of our stay. Our Heritage room was spacious but I felt little lack of ventilation in room. For this we have to open our main door.
Every Breakfast n Dinner was enjoyable.Children placed their wish to have Pasta & Idlis in breakfast and the next day their wish came true next morning. All were very happy. Restaurant staff (I do not remember his name) took special care of every family member.
Children found activity room very entertaining. Every night after dinner I use to play table tennis n carrom.
The most exclusive part of your package was "Mini Golf Course" at hotel Himalaya. I personally met owners there. The gentle lady (i forgot her name) and I had small chat for 15-20 minutes. I met her husband also. The lady told us how to play golf. Children and I were so thrilled n excited to play game at terrace with full lake view and you can see complete Nainital from there.
The owners was so gracious and offered me to have tea/coffee and the best thing on their part was when they offered us another complimentary golf game. Another wish of children came true.
At the end I would say that at reasonable price it was complete fun filled package for 6 persons for 4 days.

Boss was extremely delighted that he spent his holidays at a very beautiful resort. He was lucky enough to see two tigers and that too very closely.

This is to give you a big thanks on behalf of all four of us : me, my wife, Mr Santosh and Mrs Satosh.
It was an amazing and wonderful holiday indeed. The hotels were very good, especially, La Perle River Resorts at Corbett and Krishna Orchard at Mukteshwar. Service at all hotels was satisfactory, and we had a great time altogether.

Sorry for the delay in responding to your email but after 3 weeks on Holiday I had many many things to do.
I also would like to take this opportunity to thank you for all the organisation.
Everything was perfectly combined. What we most appreciated was your reactivity in all the occasions.
For me it was important to know that we were well attended during the tour.
Regarding the hotels, all the bookings were perfectly done, no problems and no waiting time. It was great.
And of course, to meet you at the airport at the end of our journey was a pleasure.
